蛋白浓度:OD280吸光值一般为7合蛋白浓度5mg/mL,具体以标签标识为准。
制备方法:本抗体以高纯度BSA为免疫原,多次免疫健康雄性实验大白兔,获得双扩散效价不低于1:32的免疫血清,再经BSA特异亲和纯化,溶于缓冲液中。
特异性:不和牛IgG发生结合。
产品纯度:以抗体计不低于90%。
